About the Play

Cartoon camera with a red X background.

Cory needs to pay for school and thinks taking his clothes off online is a great way to do it. His best friend has objections – and other feelings, too. Maybe sex work wasn’t such a great idea after all? Or maybe it was. It’s complicated!

It’s a play about intimacy, loneliness, and what it means to be seen.

WEBCAM was performed at the Cincinnati Fringe Festival as part of Fringe Development on Tuesday, June 11th, 2024.

Rated R. Appropriate for ages 17+. Contains adult language, adult situations, references to self-harm, frank discussions of sex, and partial nudity
